NarcoBollo reinvents the bollo in creative versions, from the classic plain bollo to variations with cheese and sweet fillings. The name comes from a real anecdote from 1989: an anti-narcotics raid on the house where the bollos were being made ended in a funny misunderstanding that gave the business its identity — today it has locations in several Colombian cities and in Miami. A modern space with traditional roots, ideal for breakfast or a mid-afternoon bite.
