About this place
The Bosque de la Memoria, in Usiacurí, is reached via stairs and trails surrounded by tropical dry forest, leading up to a monument dedicated to the victims of the armed conflict, with a spectacular view of the town. It's an ideal spot for easy hiking, landscape photography, and a moment of reflection. Tips: bring water and comfortable shoes for the climb. Getting there: the upper part of Usiacurí, near the Casa Museo Julio Flórez.
